Finding a happy medium is yet another challenge facing professionals when it comes to building a new resume—how do you make sure the final product is both fully functional and visually appealing? With the increasing presence of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), proper formatting is critical if you want your resume to hold its own. Our team has created customizable templated designs that are built to perform in ATS from top to bottom. Even better, they’ll look beautiful when they hit a desk, too. We use Adobe InDesign to personalize the style that speaks to you while catering to your new resume content—maximizing impact and functionality. 

Important things to know:

• The examples below are strictly that, examples—every resume is different and requires customization down to the last detail, don’t get caught up in what we’ve included as far as content, sections, etc., instead focus on the core design elements like color, structure, and font family
• If you like more than one design, let’s do it, having options is always a great plan—additional styles are $55 each
• Your final and primary deliverable will be a PDF, they maintain formatting and function better in ATS than any other file type, trust us—if you would like a .doc or a copy of the Adobe InDesign source file, they are available for $55 each
• We do our best to retain the key elements of the design you choose, but your resume may not look exactly like the sample—but we promise we know how to highlight your experience and skills in just the right way
• Edits are limited following the formatting process, we can only accommodate minor changes—large-scale edits will be billed hourly at our discretion based on scope
• If you don’t like our design choices, we are happy to customize something for you (ask us how)
